Microsoft fined $1.3 billion by the EU
Microsoft has been fined 899 million euros ($1.35bn) by the European Union for charging too much for their software information to rival software companies that create software compatible with Windows products.

Internet advertising continues to grow at a faster rate than previously estimated. According to estimates by the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) inconjunction with PricewaterhouseCoopers, US Internet advertising revenues for 2007 have grown by 25% to $21.1 billion from $16.9 billion in 2006.
